 BASIS OF ALLOTMENT

 The board of Directors thanks the investing public for their response to the Public Issue of Equity Shares of   the Company, which opened for subscription on 22/5/2000 and closed on 26/5/2000. The Company received 1135 valid applications for shares for the net offer of 12,78,800 Equity Shares aggregating to Rs.191.82 Lakhs to resident Indian Public resulting in an subscription of 1.08 times. The basis of allotment finalised in consultation with the Hyderabad Stock Exchange Limited (Regional Stock Exchange) on 13/6/2000 is as under:

 All the valid applications have been considered for allotment. Full allotment has been made to all the applicants.

 The break-up of the applicants & allottees who have lodged applications through Cash/Cheque/Demand Drafts and through Stock Invests is given below:

 Refund orders have been dispatched on 24.06.2000 and the Allotment Advices and Share Certificates are being despatched. The listing and trading permissions are being obtained from Stock Exchanges where listing is proposed.
